Karl's Mortgage Calculator Pro 2.5.2

This is the Pro version of Karl's Mortgage Calculator. The main improvement over the free version lies in the removal of advertisements.

• Calculate mortgage payments based on principal, interest, and term. Perform reverse calculations to determine any one variable by inputting the remaining three.
• Enter a down payment amount or percentage to determine the necessary mortgage size.
• Explore how your monthly payment varies when adding additional monthly or annual loan costs like PMI, HOA, taxes, and insurance.
• The calculator supports both Fixed and Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) with provisions for up to five interest rate changes. It also accommodates Interest-only mortgages.
• Facilitate early mortgage payoff by making extra payments. Add one-off, monthly, or annual extra payments. Options for up to six additional amounts and payment periods are available to illustrate potential savings on the loan.
• Select from weekly to annual loan payments and modify the compounding period from daily to yearly intervals. Additionally, the calculator caters to Canadian mortgages and UK annual rest mortgages.
• Various rounding options are provided for loan calculations, including no rounding, round half up/down, to even, ceil, and floor.

The calculator also features support for the input and display of multiple currencies.
